Our Story
Community Impact Property Management (CIPM) was created to meet a very real need we saw firsthand. CIPM grew out of years of hands-on experience leasing and managing commercial properties in complex, real-world environments.
Along the way, it became clear that many property owners were looking for something different: professional property management delivered with integrity, accountability, and a deeper understanding of community.
